The property was well located and had indoor games facilities (table tennis, pool board) which was really good for family fun.
(1) I didn't like that I had to wait for 10 days to get my deposit refunded (apparently this is the agents' normal procedure). Considering that the deposit is a substantial amount, the problem with this practice is that it inhibits one from going on another holiday shortly afterwards. (2) The mattresses on all the beds were very firm, which meant that every night was not pleasant - this is definitely not what you want to experience when on holiday, especially at such a premium venue. (3) The runners on the kitchen drawers were very tight and as a result the drawers are difficult to open and handles/knobs become loose. The plumbing under the scullery basins were leaking and I had to do a quick fix to prevent the water from leaking onto the scullery floor.
