Good stay and great location.

Location great. One room had mould and water damage on ceiling and could not be used. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Grout in shower was dirty. Coffee machine and surround sound not working. Overall a good stay but owners need to spend some time and fix the issues.

The mould and water damage in the one room. Curtains in main bedroom dirty. For the price we paid, we expected a bit more luxury.

We didn't have clean sheet we use 1 sheet from Thursday to Sunday, TV was not playing and we booked for 5 couples but 1 room had a singe bed not even a bed sleepercouch, pool was dirty

It was a nightmare I don't want to think of for my lifetime.

Everything about the property especially the part of the pool not working, the Aircon, the crockery, the pots, the dishes everything was limited having only nine plates to use, nine everything you use for eating, not enough pots , not big enough pots to cook for 9 people , no extra towels, dirty and falling cupboards with the bad smell like the house that has not been cleaned since COVID-19 started , drainage from the one shower in the 2nd bedroom and bathtub stopper not closing.

it was not a 5 bedroom house, 4 bedrooms with a large study with a sleeper couch. also not 6 bathrooms = only 4 bathrooms with a guest toilet. also not 2 TV's only 0ne

Wonderful family getaway in a beautifully located, private space.

Facing Calypso beach, you couldn’t ask for a more stunning view. Laguna Mall is a 4min drive away and caters to all requirements for food and amenities. Cinema room is a nice touch for families.

No hand towels, extra toilet roll or beach towels or hair dryer provided. In this price range and for the type of guest you would attract, these are must items. Hand towels quickly provided when requested. Aircons in two of the upstairs rooms not working. Dampness in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Very fancy built-in Miele coffee machine, but could not get it to work, maybe a simple user manual should be provided.
