A big disappointment.
The flat is new, quiet and has potential, but unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. No one had cleaned the flat after the previous guests. In the kitchen, we found a rubbish bin full of garbage, dirty cutlery in the sink, and leftover food. The beds had stained bedding and the towels had an unpleasant smell. We wanted to do laundry, but it wasn't possible due to a broken handle on the washing machine door (we didn’t want to risk breaking it completely). The flat also lacked the access card for the underground parking and for opening the outdoor rubbish bin. We arrived in the evening and ended up spending a lot of time trying to locate the missing items and tidying up the place as best we could. The owners didn’t actually respond until the next day – after we had already left.

La totale assenza di comunicazione tra gestore e utente. Il totale non funzionamento di lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie, forno a microonde. Sporcizia ovunque, tre settimane di soggiorno senza cambi biancheria da bagno e letto. Non è stata fornita la tessera per gettare i rifiuti. Il parcheggio in garage è stata una lotteria, il primo che arrivava parcheggiava. Totale mancanza di prodotti da bagno, prodotti per la cucina e per le pulizie della casa. Affittare un appartamento in queste condizioni è un'offesa alle persone civili.

It was roomy and hell. The garden was great. You can in peace have the your drink or your coffee 😌
The bedding for the gauche was difficult to identify ….. the bedroom was quite small and also the bed. Not at all Nighttable. We cannot take our shower, the siphon was stoped and the water is spreading everywhere .🥲 Totally no grey card …. That’s mean NO ACCESS to the parking although you are pay for that.
