we never got the second email with the key code so arrived but had no code to access the key safe so had to call the main company we booked with as the owners number on the side of the caravan said it was unavailable
lodge was very cosy and clean but the main double bed mattress was very uncomfortable and we both didn't sleep well on it and woke up with back backs
