Loads of cobwebs on outside furniture one window had a broken handle

The location and facilities are wonderful
There was a glass in one of the bedrooms that was dirty and certain dishes weren’t completely clean.

The lodge was on a holiday park with access to a lake walk. Plenty of wildlife
The shower was stuck on boiling hot. It could not be used. We reported it but nobody came to fix it. Therefore it could not be used. I could not use the shower over the bath due to a knee injury.
