Cheltenham Town Centre 2Bed 2Bath Flat, Parking

Location is very close to the centre of town. Only 5 mins walk. Hosts are responsive. Check in easy.

Unfortunatley there are many things that need attention for the £148.75 price we paid for one night. Flat needs a lot of TLC. Sofas uncomfortable. Shower in main bathroom seriously leaking water and shower screen too small on main bathroom/shower, floods floor. Towels provided smelled musty/damp immediately after showering. We took 2 showers during our stay so not very nice. Light fixture hanging/exposed in one bedroom. Bird mess on top of wardrobe!! Photos taken. Washing/laundry in washing machine. Wardrobes full of bedding so difficult to hang clothes. Neighbouring house very scruffy with garbage and clutter like a junk yard. Shopping trolleys!! When we stripped bedding on morning of departure the mattress in one bedroom was filthy and very worn. All this really needs addressing. Windows filthy. Whilst close to town centre, we also had a lot of public passing the flat in the early hours (inebriated), making a lot of noise. Not the fault of hosts but be warned. We took photos of several of the faults in case this is ever needed. We have stopped in many places on Booking.com and AirBNB but this is poor.
