Clean and great location.

Top floor up several flights of stairs. No shower only a bath.

Great location, but all in all very very poor value.

The location was great and it was very clean.

This was not a luxury properly and was certainly not worth £300 got 2 night. There was mould in the bedroom and holes in the bathroom. The window in the living room was broken and was freezing. The stairs are very dangerous as you open the apartment door there is a step straight away and I fell down it on numerous occasions and banged my head. Asked nicely if we could extend check out till 11am but was declined. Also arranging to get the keys for check in was a nightmare? Was waiting 45 minutes for someone to drop the keys off. There was also a cat roaming around with flees. No impressed.

Good but bathroom needs some improvement

Taking a shower there proved to be quite challenging because there was nowhere to hang the shower head. While this might not seem like a significant issue, it became uncomfortable, especially for older individuals who might struggle with balance. Additionally, the lack of a bath curtain meant we had to dry the floor with a mop after each use, which added to the inconvenience.

Katastrophal! Nicht buchen. Keine Möglichkeit sich richtig zu duschen

Nichts. Musste eine neue Unterkunft buchen

Es gab keinen Duschkopf so dass ich mich mit einer Kaffeetasse gewaschen habe. Ich habe den Vermieter kontaktiert, da ich so unmöglich eine Woche wohnen konnte und das für diesen Preis. Der Vermieter redete sich raus und meinte auf booking steht auch nur Badewanne und nichts von einem Duschkopf. Also ich weiss nicht in welcher Welt der Vermieter lebt aber für mich gehört zu einer Badewanne auch ein Duschkopf. Auf den Bildern ist dieser übrigens auch zu sehen. So musste ich mir schlussendlich teuer eine neue Unterkunft buchen und habe kein Geld zurückbekommen. Ich finde es eine absolute Frechheit, dass man eine Unterkunft so anbietet.

Imóvel bom porém sem internet e tv funcionando

Apartamento bonito e novo. Último andar de número 3.

Não é ideal para crianças de colo ou idosos, pois é no último andar e as escadas são muito ingrimes. a internet não funcionou nenhum dia, e fiquei sem tv também pois não tinha internet para conectar os aplicativos de Netflix e YouTube por exemplo. Ninguém foi lá resolver o problema e eles passaram quase os 6 dias pedindo pra eu fazer teste, tirar chip, tentar localizar o número do chip da internet para poder recarregar. O imóvel é bom porém o suporte dado pela: be our guest é ineficiente e não resolve nenhum problema, eles pedem pra que o hóspede tente resolver sozinho, por isto eu não recomendo.
