Very local but in a quiet street. The host Candice was very prompt in responding to messages and also welcomed us in person. Comfortable bed, good pressure in shower.

The location was brilliant and very convenient. The host was excellent with communication, prompt and friendly. I could easily get in contact and I received fast replies.
The property was very clean and the beds were super comfy!
Full use of the shared kitchen which was also very clean. Lots of amenities nearby for whatever needs. There was also a taxi company over the road and a lot of shops and places to eat nearby.
Outside step was loose, which wasn't the best when trying to get in and out of the property with heavy luggage and mobility issues.
Bedroom itself, also lightly smelt of cigarettes, however there were thorough, clear signs of strictly no smoking or vaping so I am assuming that unfortunately past lodgers have not adhered to the rules. Nothing else or any other area smelt of cigarettes at all, including our beds and bedding, only the room itself.
Nothing else was an issue. :)

The C room on top will be verry hot in the summer, so take care of yourself while you come around this time. Suitable for you if you going out all the day and back at night. The winter is better.

The room was comfortable and the location was excellent, right in the centre near good restaurants. Convenient parking was provided.
The accommodation description was misleading. It was described as having a private kitchen which it didn't. We didn't want to use the shared hostal style kitchen and there wasn't even a kettle in the room.
