The Green Room - A real home from home

The room was lovely. Very clean, nicely decorated, en-suite was stunning modern, large shower room. Great welcome pack with lots of information about local pubs and eateries . Choice of teas, coffee maker, a small fridge with pint of milk included. Also a smart TV. Excellent location. Plenty of parking and only 10-15minute walk from town centre. Host very friendly. Will definitely book again if back this way. Thank you.

A real home-from-home

Sarah is a lovely host, the room is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. There’s a little fridge with milk and cold water and it is perfectly situated for shopping and eating in Montpellier

Spotless, Comfortable, and Exceptionally Welcoming

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and clearly designed with guest comfort in mind. The house lady was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel at home right away. Normally, I’m a bit hesitant to book non-hotel accommodations, but this place completely changed my mind. I would gladly return and recommend it to others.

The bed was on the softer side—my spouse absolutely loved it, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, it might not be a perfect fit for you.

It was great, i had i could ask for

The property if very tidy, very clean and i just felt like home. It’s 3mins away from the pastry classes i was attending and that was just perfect.

A little piece of paradise in the centre of a pretty city.

The property was situated in a lovely part of the city with free parking. We were able to come and go as we pleased, the owner was very welcoming and provided us with fresh water and clean utensils daily. Everywhere was clean and the bed very comfortable. There was information about local places to eat and drink which we utilised and really enjoyed especially Baker & Graze. I am a coffee person so enjoyed the lovely Nespresso choices especially the decaf option.

The security with the gate was nice and it was well presented at the front. The room was very nice and comfortable with lotsa things for tea etc

It's a small thing but I'll note it, the refrigerator was very very tiny and could just about fit one sandwich and a drink in it. We are festival goers who were trading over the weekend so needed to it for more food. It wasn't very clear the size or how big it was but i was hoping it was slightly bigger which wasn't clear on booking.com. As i said a minor thing but just would be helpful to note for future people who stay

Excellent room, excellent location, great value.

We were welcomed by Sarah who explained about keys and entry very clearly.The room was en-suite, bed large with tv like a 5 star hotel.

I liked everything, location, room, bathroom.
