Once we had the information in regard to the various gate and locked box codes, it was no problem.
We had trouble contacting the apt manager to get the necessary information to access the various codes. I could not access my email account to get this information. She eventually got back to us but not before many calls to the office and trying to catch her directly.

The property was as stated on booking.com, and the email with arrival details of directions and entry codes was perfect. We requested an earlier arrival time through the managing agent and it was granted. The apartment was clean, tidy, comfortable and perfectly placed for the high street, parks and restaurants.
The bin store to deposit our rubbish bag upon leaving did not open even after several attempts at the detailed procedure. Wasn't a problem as we took it home in the car, would have been a problem if we were on public transport.
