Cotswolds Lakeside Lodge - Nesbitt's Nest

Lovely location - lodge was spacious and clean with great facilities

Nothing - it was beautiful.

The location is perfect, next to an entry area to the water for a swim or SUP (early morning or late evening, when the boat is not running) close to lots of the attractions such as the water park and with various bike ride routes near by. There is also a restaurant/bar and water sports centre just a few houses down. The position means you’re not over looked and have the most lovely summer evening with the sun until it’s sets in the distance. It felt safe and quiet, perfect for a family getaway. It’s super well appointed with everything you would need (accept a hair dryer, unless we just didn’t find it). Likely little welcome hamper was so sweet. Super friendly and responsive host.

The drains were a little smelly in some of the bathrooms, the stairs out the front are a bit wobbly, concerning if you had old people with you.

8-12 June 2026 Keely is an amazing host, couldnt have been more helpful, gave us lots of info of where to check out for food and lakeside walks etc Lovely clean, cosy property, with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic views across the lake, would highly recommend. We had a lovely stay and intend on returning Thank you so much Keely and family

Lovely and clean, thought of everything heaters if cold and fans if too hot. Situated perfectly on the Lake and in the Cotswolds. Always a quick reply from owner when i messaged.
