I liked the warm pool though there was a noisy machine by the hot tub.
There was no servicing for the entire 16 days I was there. This is the first stay where I was expected to take my towels to the laundry down the street and I have stayed in tons of hotels! The patio area was not useful because of the air conditioner exhaust and no circulation.

Location was great. I spoke with vanessa from booking .com as she was great to deal with.
I didn't like the fact that I was unable to speak to the reception as I booked online, they were not even able to give toilet paper or any questions I would ask the reception. Not good as it is one company.
