House Beach One

Fantastic sea view near to all eateries, harbour, castle and shops. The host left tea coffee sugar which was very nice. Small seats and parasol at the property for days on the beach.

At night the property was cold as the sun hadn’t risen enough to heat the room .We attended over Easter for 5 days. There was 2 electric heaters to heat the whole apartment Both toilet seats were too small for the toilet so jolted when you sat on them.

The location is excellent, close to Santa Pola town centre and Levante beach / promenade, with plenty of space for two people (much better than a hotel, very good WiFi, good kitchen and nice lounge area with street-side balcony.

The property has a classic Spanish decor and facilities as shown during booking, but could do with refresh / upgrade in the bathroom and bedroom. The weather was a bit cooler than expected but there was only one oil filled radiator available for room heating.

La ubicación y la terraza. Para viajar con niños es ideal (la playa, los supermercados y los restaurantes estaban muy cerca). También nos gustó el equipamiento y la limpieza.

El ascensor. Entendemos que es un edificio reformado y que no había espacio para colocar uno más grande. Por suerte era un primero y la mayoría de las veces no lo usamos 😊

Brak klimatyzacji, w lecie to katastrofa bo w mieszkaniu nie da się spać. Kupiliśmy przenośną klimatyzację za około 300 euro bo inaczej nie dałoby się egzystować w mieszkaniu. NIE Polecam mieszkania . Brak wyposażenia kuchni, musieliśmy kupić niektóre rzeczy np. Patelnię, ostry nóż Zabraliśmy kupione rzeczy do domu bo podróżowaliśmy samochodem. Kafelki pod prysznicem odpadały ze ścian a na podłodze kilku nie było. Zastaliśmy stare nie posprzątane mieszkanie a rzeczy na plażę łącznie z szafami w których się znajdowały panował smród stęchlizny. Oczywiście kupiliśmy sobie swoje ! Nie polecam mieszkania za te pieniądze nie jest tego warte
