Lovely Apartment In Santa Pola With Wifi

The apartment is great. Very clean and well presented with everything you need apart from a microwave. All the bedrooms are spacious with very comfy beds. The outdoor veranda is large with 2 settees and a dining table and chairs. Extremely pleasant to sit out there and chill. It’s in a great central location too.

Whilst it’s great to be on the 5th floor, it hasn’t got a lift. The spiral staircase of porcelain tiles comprises of over 70 steps and when you have to drag 3 large suitcases up them and then down again on leaving, it’s exhausting. I can’t find any mention in the description that either confirms it has a lift or not. You just assume 5th floor, there must be a lift. There is also an odour of sewage in the entrance hall which follows you up the stairs.

Appartement très bien situé, confortable, lumineux et climatisé. Belle terrasse équipée. Quartier calme. Grande cuisine bien équipée, literies confortables, appartement sain.

Cinq étages sans ascenseur. Pas de micro-ondes. Odeur pestilentielle de remontée d’égouts dans les parties communes, il faut retenir sa respiration en montant les cinq étages. L’odeur semble venir d’un petit cagibi au rdc ou des détritus humides puants sont entassés et où logent quelques cafards. Amabilité de Lola très relative.
