Comfortable, lots of space, convenient location, for a big companies - perfect!

The floor was vary dirty unfortunately

The apartment itself was huge and spacious and clean however no direct sunlight into the apartment

We didnt get contacted by the owner with keys, we couldnt register as the link didnt work, and the telephone number for the owners on booking.com was diverting to an incorrect number. It was only when I arrived at the apartment complex door that another resident happen to arrive at the exact same time, who I assumed was the owner of the apartment we had booked, they didnt have any english and i didnt have any spanish so it was difficult to communicate, however, they took me up to the third floor where the apartment was and thought i had a code for the door which i hadnt. They then rang some number and passed the phone to me where I spoke to the person told them the name on the booking and they gave me a code for the apartment door. Unless I had the luck of meeting those people at the front door of the complex I wouldnt have been able to get into the apartment. It was not at all good service.
