Prachtig gemoderniseerde woning op 250 meter van het strand

Sehr praktisches, hochwertig und gut eingerichtetes Haus in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit fußläufigem Zugang zum Strand!

The property is in a great location, 2 streets back from the sea, a coffee shop which sells beer too is h=just down the road and a well stocked supermarket just down the road too. Perfect place lovely 4 double beds. Some great restaurants on the beach to. Actually better food than in town

The Host....We paid for the entire place, 4 bedrooms for 4 guys, but the host says he rents out on people not rooms so was going to allow us only 2 rooms, for 4 rooms he wanted an extra 100 euros for the cleaning.... see reviews he also tried this in May with another person, this time 60 euros.... Its a great place, very modern in a great location, same the host is greedy and trying to scam more mponey, be aware, I am taking this up with booking,com.... there are hooks on the doors so he can lock them.... we never paid the 100 euros

The location and facilities

The staff, We were been asked to pay 60€ because we used the full apartment(4 rooms) while it is clearly mentioned “the full apartment is yours” There was a cockroach in the bathroom first floor.

Me gustó todo. La casa totalmente reformada. Decorada con muy buen gusto. Una casa fresquita, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Con 4 dormitorios con camas grandes .Cocina equipada. Salón completo. Tardas 5 minutos en llegar a la playa .Tiene también 2 terrazas :la de la entrada con sofá mesita, toldo ,y una atrás también con sofá y mesa y una sombrilla. Las plantas de arriba, que son2, tiene 2 baños también bien equipadas
