The apartment is modern and clean and very well equipped for a holiday stay. Very nice layout and a great balcony for enjoying the view and relaxing. The TV system is also very good. Beds are comfortable (though for me the mattress was a bit soft) and plenty of lounge seating. We enjoyed being in the apartment.

The property is described as beachfront which is not quite correct. It has a beach view and sits behind and above some restaurants and commercial buildings and then behind and above other apartments in the complex. This high location is not mentioned anywhere in the property description and we were therefore unaware that access requires the navigation of a number of sets of steps and ramps. This is a minimum of 33 steps if all the ramps are utilised and 54 steps if the more direct route is followed. Very difficult with luggage and tricky with groceries. This is particularly the case if any of your party have mobility issues which we have. You are made aware of the actual apartment location “at the top” of the development only after the final payments are made and access instructions are supplied to you. I think it should be obligatory that owners make prospective clients aware of any access challenges before they select a property to rent. The access issues on this property would prevent me from recommending this property or returning for another stay. One other small negative is being asked to pay extra for heating or air conditioning. A £200 a night apartment rental should have this included. We required heating in the evening and while it didn’t cost much it was annoying.
