Not the finished article but has potential
The apartment is in a great location in Bad Reichenhall which is a beautiful town. The owners were very pleasant and responsive to queries both ahead of and during our stay. It has the potential to be a fantastic base to explore the area but does need some investment and a deep clean.
The other comments pretty much sum up the issues which have yet to be addressed. The door to the balcony needs fixing, the shower is a bit mouldy, the kitchen cabinets are peeling, and the surfaces around the rest of the apartment and under the bed were very dusty. There was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the balcony table which as non-smokers we didn’t think was great. Previous people have commented about lack of tea towels etc. All linen was provided and clean. Other basics like a few bin bags, a bath mat and kitchen roll would have been welcomed. The property would benefit from the provision of some basic information like where to put the bins and how to heat the water, local supermarkets as well as some details about parking. If you are planning on driving please note that there is no free parking unless it is a Sunday. If there is potential to invest and modernise we feel this could be a great property.

Überhaupt gar keine Empfehlung!!! Lieber 20€ bezahlen und seine Ruhe genießen
Der Preis war wirklich gut – ich habe mich schon stark gewundert, woran das liegen könnte. Jetzt kann ich die Unterkunft leider wirklich niemandem empfehlen. Dieser Aufenthalt hat unseren Ausflug komplett ruiniert. Meine Eltern sollten mit meinem 2-jährigen Kind wegen des Mittagsschlafs um 14:00 Uhr einchecken – das wurde auch persönlich mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen. Dennoch war die Adresse in der Buchungsbestätigung unvollständig! Meine Eltern mussten von 14:00 bis ca. 17:00 Uhr in der Hitze draußen sitzen, während wir alle versucht haben, den Vermieter zu erreichen – auch Booking.com hat es mehrfach versucht. Als wir ihn schließlich erreichen konnten, hieß es, die Wohnung sei noch nicht geputzt und wir müssten weiter warten. Trotz allem möchte ich mich bedanken, dass der Vermieter später persönlich gekommen ist, um zu helfen. Meine Mutter hatte Schwierigkeiten, die Tür mit dem Schlüssel zu öffnen, und er hat ihr geholfen – leider ging dabei nochmals etwa eine halbe Stunde verloren, da sie vor der geschlossenen Tür stand.
In der Wohnung quietscht alles! Man hört jede Schritt , die Dusche ist mit Schimmel in der Ecken.

Eine Unterkunft die ich nie wieder buchen würde.
Die Nähe zur Innenstadt, und der Balkon.
Die Dusche war sehr unsauber, man wollte da nicht freiwillig duschen. Es waren außerdem keine Badehandtücher vorhanden. Das war in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Es gab kein Geschirrtuch (das mussten wir kaufen um das Geschirr zu trocknen). Außerdem gab es nicht mal Müllbeutel. Wir würden die überteuerte Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen. Tschö Bad Reichenhall.

verdreckte Unterkunft! kein Komfort! nie wieder!
Wohnung entsprach nicht den Angaben. War sehr verdreckt, Müll vom Vormieter vorhanden, kpl. Mülleimer voll! Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist. Kein Entgegenkommen oder Einsicht vom Vermieter!

Nie tak źle jak piszą...:-)
Dobra lokalizacja blisko rynku, i nie daleko do Hitlera na Orle gniazdo. Ogólnie duże mieszkanie, nie jest tak źle jak piszą. Komfortowo dla kilku osób
Trochę się trzeba zakręcić za parkingiem I kabina prysznicową wymaga remontu
