Value for money apartment

Apartment has everything you need. Very value for money.

Unfortunately it's little uncomfortable for a family with 2 kids . It will be better with a third bed.

A cosy place.

The owner Sebastian was very helpful. He fetched us from the train station to the apartment and helped us contact our next host when we told him we had a problem trying to make a call. We appreciate your kindness, thank you Sebastian. Everything in the house was kept compact as the apartment was not very big, but we had whatever that's required to prepare a simple meal. The apartment is within walking distance from the train/bus station at Bad Reichenhall via a shortcut. The beautiful, serene Königlicher Kurgarten is nearby via a path across the road from the apartment. We didn't know that the day we arrived was the last day that the train would travel that route before repair works started. We are thankful that the reception at the tourist info gave us a very good suggestion for an alternative way to get to Munich via the public bus to Salzburg! We enjoyed the ride through the countryside via this route. There is a supermarket just next to the apartment building and a bus stop just nearby where we could take a bus to Berchtesgaden.

The ground level of the apartment block is under construction and we had to be careful when we walked to the lift. Anyway it's not a big problem. Although there's a big laundry area in the basement with coin-pay washing machines of different sizes, we couldn't do our laundry when we wanted to because there wasn't detergent available. It was okay as we didn't really need to wash but just a reminder for anyone who wants to use it, remember to bring your own detergent! 😄

A good studio apartment for a short stay

A small cute studio apartment with a small kitchen. The host was friendly and had brochure of all nearby attractions. Nice location

The entrance to the apartment was under construction and hence we had to use the back door. The kitchen is equipped with the basics but a few stuffs were missing. May be too small for four people and slightly on the pricier side

A great little apartment with an amazing terrace! Equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, recently renovated/furnished, mere minutes walk from the town center. Owners are extremely professional and polite and the place was spanking clean. Usable WiFi, elevator access, on-site & street parking.

During the day, there was a repair of the ramp to the entrance of the house, and it was noisy. But it was just a coincidence. Great apartment. I will come back here again.

Very friendly and outreaching host. Good location, about 30 minutes by car to the Königsee (cable car and ships ), 10 minutes walk to the town centre and the old town. Easily reachable by car, with a free public parking by the house.

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, gemütlicher Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. In der Küche und auch im Badezimmer findet man alles, was man während des Aufenthaltes benötigt.

Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich je nach Uhrzeit etwas schwierig, für Urlauber mit leichtem Schlaf könnte die Saline nachts etwas laut sein.

Ein toller großer Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Altstadt und viel Sehenswertes fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür.

Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen. Die Küche sehr klein.

Wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement, man kann sich fast wie zuhause fühlen. Was wir sehr angenehm fanden, nach Ankunft konnten wir direkt einen Kaffee trinken da Kaffee Pads zur Verfügung standen sowie Zucker. Gewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer sind ebenfalls vorhanden sowie sämtliche Utensilien zum Kochen. Genügend Handtücher und alles was man zum Duschen braucht ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Eine rundum gelungene Ferienwohnung. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Familie Schwarz.

Gemütliches Appartement und schönes Wochenende in Bad Reichenhall.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war gut zu finden aufgrund der guten Beschreibung vor der Anreise. Es war alles da was man braucht, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Verbandszeug also nichts hat gefehlt. Alles war Fußläufig in Bad Reichenhall zu erreichen. Auch bis zur Therme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt neben an. Also nichts hat gefehlt.
