We loved the apartment- it was absolutely perfect. The only downside was the pool was advertised as private but it was shared with other guests in the building. Because it was right outside our door it was awkward when other guests- sometimes teenagers were using the pool and lounge chairs.
The location is not ideal for some people as it’s a 20+ minute walk to town/beach but that didn’t bother us as it was nice to be away from busy tourist area.

The apartment had everything you think you may need. Including easy to use appliances and a coffee machine and toaster.
There was Netflix and Prime on the TV.
Lovely outside space, again with everything you may need. Loungers, deck chairs, a hammock and giant bean bag.
The bed was soft and comfortable.
The property has 2 cameras. One near the roof pointing down covering the entrance. I didn't mind this one. But I wasn't keen on the other lower camera covering the entrance/BBQ area/swimming pool.

The house is pretty comfortable, very well equipped for a couple. The location is decent - even if the host lies about the location we checked it upfront and booked prepared for a 20 to 25 min walk to the beach, which is ok. We were lucky and had no other guests in the other apartments, so the pool, barbecue and outdoor space are very pleasant - be aware that even if announced as dedicated, it isn't so don't be surprised in having to share all outdoor facilities with other guests.
The host is horrible. Advertises a dedicated pool (that isn't) and when asking for clarification (twice) by messages, he just ignores the messages. The house has CCTV cameras (not announced) and he is checking the cameras quite often, eventually sending you messages (e.g. I had my kid with some friends for some sunset drinks and he was warning me that unregistered individuals can't go into the property...). The internet connection is awful and, maybe we were unlucky, but almost every evening we got cockroaches in the terrace (and we had to hunt some inside). The host also charged me for "touristic tax" even if the Booking.com price said "VAT and taxes included". He also demands copy of citizen card of passport (never had this in the past, but had no issues with it).
