Casa Sol e Lua Alvor

The location is a short (15 min) walk from Alvor centre where there are many lovely restaurants. The beach is a further 10 mins away. Large Pingo Doce supermarket is 5 mins walk away from the apartment. We hired a car and there was plently of parking directly outside the Apartment building. The area around the apartment is very quiet at night, there were no disturbing noises. The local host Areke is lovely. She contacted us a few days before travelling and and met us at the apartment for checkin and checkout. We sent a text when leaving the airport with our ETA and she was already there when we arrived. She showed us around the Apartment and the pool area etc. and made an appointment with us for checkout on the last day. She was extremely professional and helpful. The apartment was spotless and came with 4 dedicated sun loungers (with cushions) and 2 chairs at the pool area for us. Pool towels were also provided by the host. There was only two of us staying and we had plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable. There was so much attention to detail that there were even some shopping bags provided in the kitchen for the supermarket trip. Wi-Fi worked perfectly without issues. Would love to return.
