Location, clean and plenty of room, security and layout of appt. we were 4 adults and 2 bathrooms was essential.
Perhaps having frontal location to main road.

Spotlessly clean and generally a beautiful apartment. Had all the facilities we needed and washing machine was a great help with a clothes airer for the towels etc. The swimming pool was lovely and with allocated loungers, there was more than enough for everyone. Very quick and easy walking distance to the old town for dinners and supermarket just around the corner (2 min walk) Beach was 5 min drive and about a 20 min walk. Highly recommended this beautiful apartment and the hosts were very helpful and quick to reply to any questions.
A local information book in the apartment would of been nice (there is a visitor book for comments) even though most apartment information was relayed by email.

Perfect apartment with all you needed in a good location.
Only small tip would be some baking trays for the oven
$$$$
