Great apartment, very clean and well thought out. Quiet area. Good swimming pool. Kate was very helpful.
Pillows were a bit hard. Could do with hooks on the backs of doors.

The pillows are super thick and hard, little ant problem but nothing that would bother you.

The apartment is nicely refurbished, with all appliances and equipment one would need during long term stays. It has a wonderful sea view from the sunny balcony and has an easy access to shops, bars and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk or 2 minutes ride by car. It is located in the spacious, safe and peaceful real estate Quinta Nova.

Good location, lot's of space, free parking, wifi, all necessary kitchen facilities
All of the bed linen and towels were dirty - we had to wash it (thankfully there is a washing machine available) before using.
All of the kitchen stuff - like forks, spoons, knives, plates, glasses, cups etc were dirty - we used dishwasher to clean them all before using. The available dishwasher pads were limited - just a few, not enough to use for the whole stay if you have to clean upon arrival.
No soap, no shower gel or shampoo - nothing like that.
The cleaning price was included upon booking this apartment, but it seems like it was not done as supposed before us and not sure about after - the host asked to put the trash out upon checkout by ourselves :)
The city tax was included in the price and fully paid before the check in, but the host insisted couple times on paying it in cash. We had to prove and insist several times that it has been paid to avoid paying it again. It was a bit uncomfortable, but a nice trick I suppose for those who don't know if that has been included in the price :)
