Appartement fonctionnel et calme en plein centre, parfait pour visiter Colmar. Rapport qualité prix incroyable sur le + gros week-end de Noël.

L'accueil et la disponibilité du responsable, très sympathique.. Très réactif à mes requêtes. Logement bien situé et facilité d'accès au Centre-ville.

The Good: Good central town location near train station, shops, and restaurants. Apartment is ideal for one person or a couple. Simple furnishings but adequate. The apartment is good for cooler months. Would rate an 8 during cooler months.

The Bad: Apartment layout and location in the complex don't allow for adequate air flow or ventilation, thus causing heat retention beyond the outside temperature and also causing a musty smell.  No air conditioning or fan is provided. Even with the one window opened, it took until 4AM for the apartment to get below 26C on a day where it had reached 29C outside. Guest bought a fan for personal use and even that did not help.  Property Manager did not provide a fan and was condescending regarding the summer heat and discomfort of the guest. Property Manager was also non-responsive (delays of several hours) multiple times.  Note: The cathedral bells ring on the hour, every hour, even during the night.  Since the window must stay open due to the heat, this further exuberates one's potential sleep. Rated a 5 due to inability to use apartment during the day and extreme discomfort at night with poor sleeping conditions due to heat and noise.
