The host was very helpful and allowed a very early check-in which helped a lot as we had a morning arriving flight. The room was quite clean and we had mostly everything we needed. You can find there a ironing board, a hair dryer, plates and glasses and even cookware if you need them. The access was pretty easy with a code for the building and a key for the room. The location is extremely good, as it is in the center of the old town. Everything is in reach by foot for max 10 minutes in each direction (as Colmar old city is not the biggest), and the Train Station is also at around 18-20 minutes on foot.

The room cleanliness can be improved as well as some finishes around appliances (shower was leaking on corners and the floor wasn't the most clean thing in the bathroom). Most of the damages are clearly done by other tourist, no fault for the host, but still the place would be even more awesome if would had been shown some "love". Another let's say strange thing was that we only had 1 toilet paper roll for 5 days, but you can find some supermarkets downtown to refill.

La ubicación

Que Emilie no solucionara los problemas que se presentaban. Por ejemplo solicité un rollo de papel higiénico y me respondió con mucha demora que de eso se encargaba el personal de limpieza. Tampoco tuvimos servicio de televisión, me dio instrucciones por wasap pero no se pudo solucionar ya que en ninguno de los HDMI (1 y 2) informaban qué no había señal.
