Good facilities overall. Clean house. We were visiting friends nearby and visiting peak district. Was a good staging point for either activity or for going into Sheffield. Brand new travel Cot was provided for my 1 yr old. Overall interior design of place was decent. We had WiFi and TV. Plenty of space for 1 yr old to run around and burn some energy.

No washing machine or dryer. Very very weak flush in toilet. No bin anywhere aside from in kitchen. No hand wash provided for bathroom. Shower water was temperature locked, 5 is the highest setting it went up too, which isnt too warm (you can press both temperature buttons to unlock), Some lights in kitchen, bathroom and in some bedrooms not all working. Obviously hasn't been fully refurbished, some things are not fastened down properly (like holders for kitchen blinds) and TV unit was chipped a bit. Garden could also use some clean up. Bathroom fan doesn't work. Checkout procedure is non-existent, no instructions. No power sockets near any of the beds.

Location was good for us but only due to family being near by. Was a good price.

The house was full of cob webs in every room. Washing machine was not plumbed in. Bed in single room was too low to the floor making it difficult to get out off. Double bed in front double room sagged in the middle. Blinds in front bedroom could not open due to cord being broken. Blinds in sitting room cord also broken. You could not use the back garden due to the condition and lack of maintenance. Given the very hot weather we could not safely go out the back. No handrail on the stairs which were very steep. We had an elder relative with us and could not allow her to go up or down the stairs on her own.
