The location is the best in Business Bay and the view from the apartment is truly tranquil with a clear view of the canal. The apartment is superb and wonderfully laid out.
Jafar and staff are super helpful and supportive.
Only one issue - the main bedroom thermostat needs fixing as the setting is permanently on 21 and is too cold. Engineer couldn’t seem to fix it.

Stayed at the apartment for a week. View of the canal with floor to ceiling glass windows. Feels really bright and open.
Seemed to have tiny fruit flies that I couldn’t eliminate.
