EDEN'S Homes & Villas - BLVD Central

The staff were friendly, the apartment is spacious, had nice views. A huge tv in the living room. Easy access to the garage. Its really close to Dubai mall/Burj Khalifa (although you can only see the tip of the burj behind another building). The balconies are huge and can be locked with a removable key (for the kids). Fully equipped kitchen. The staff gave us a bigger cot when we requested it which was nicer for our 2 year old.

Lengthy check-in process. The apartment was not spotless. There were coffee stains on the tables. Its not a 3 "bath"room apartment but 2.5 because one does not actually have a bath. 1 master bedroom, 2 regular bedrooms. A bathroom in the hallway and another half bath next to it. Sunlight in the morning and city lights in the evening seeping through the edges of the curtains in the bedrooms made the kids wake up way too early. And there were no dustbins/trashcans at all. We had to tie plastic bags to door handles and dressers for bins.

- يتم إجبار المستأجر لدفع مبلغ التأمين عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان فقط مما يدفع المستأجر لتحمل رسوم استخدام البطاقة وهذي الرسوم غير مستردة علما بأن قيمة التأمين مبالغ فيه جدا حيث تم دفع 3000 درهم لشقة 3 غرف نوم. - لا توجد خدمة تنظيف الغرف. - عند المغادرة قام أحد الموظفين بالتفتيش على الشقة وجميع محتوياتها وكان كل شي على ما يرام وعليه قام بالتوقيع وطلب مني التوقيع على وثيقة إجراءات المغادرة إلا أنه تلقيت في اليوم التالي رسالة على البريد الإلكتروني بوجود ملاحظة في الشقة وهي عبارة عن وجود بقع سوداء على عدد 2 فوطة الوجه صغيرة الحجم وعليه للأسف تم خصم 300 درهم من مبلغ التأمين.
