Loved that there was water in the fridge 👍 Tissues in bathroom and bedside.👍 Teabags, coffee, honey sugar in the kitchen 👍 plenty of towels👍. Very Clean Room.

Disappointed there's nowhere to store suitcase after check out.

Location was great. It was walking distance to Dubai Mall, cafes and restaurants.

The location of the property was confusing. When you type the name of the hotel to Google Maps it shows a completely different place. If you click the location on the booking page it again does not show the actual location. The only way to locate the property was to follow the directions in the message sent by the manager. I walked almost like 1 hour trying to find the place. They should correct the location issue. Also, heating did not work. I know that it might not be necessary for most of the year but during the night time it was bit chilling and there was no way to heat the room.

Staff and correspondence was poor .. smell all in the building of cooking and other items.. Host was least responsive.. kitchen was not up the mark. Stove didn’t work for 3 days of my stay and host was avoiding me
