The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service exceeded my expectations, and the staff were always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help at any time. A special thank you to Mustafa, Mohammed, and Ali for their outstanding hospitality and support 24/7. They made my stay smooth and enjoyable with their professionalism, kindness, and quick response to every request. This is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this property to everyone.

It was near the area I needed to be in. I did not use any of the installations because I was away all day

First, it was difficult to find because it is inside a building with a different name. Upon arrival, at the reception of the building they told me to wait 20 mins for the owner. I was in a hurry and could not wait. Luckily they made an online checkin for me. In the bathroom, only half a toilet paper roll for 2 full days!! And a new one was not pit on the following day. On the following day, when I arrived to the room, it has been cleaned and they has thrown some orange peels that I kept in a box, these were for my tea. When I told the property he told me no one did anything… clearly someone threw them away because it was not me. Added to this, the light at the head of the bed was flashing every 2-3 mins at night even when the switch was off… It was hard for me to sleep with those flashes!
