The property was clean and comfortable.
We had an issue with the front door. The wood is very swollen and needs attention. The digital lock was affected by this because the sneck also wouldn't always turn. We had to contact the owner and several attempts we got in. We also needed an alternative access code. The problem continued and had not one of party, stayed in on the first night, we would have been locked out. The same issue was happening on the Saturday morning and the owner asked a neighbour to help, providing a candle to rub wax down the door. This was tested several times and the issue seemed resolved. We all went out on the 2nd day and luckily got back in. It definitely needs some attention though. Our only other issue was a lack of toilet rolls. 1 per bathroom for a property this size is not enough. We'd ran out by Saturday morning and I had to go and buy some from the shop. 2 would be much better.
The biscuits, crisps, bread, butter and milk were lovely touches. Maybe a few more coffee pods would have been good.

Layout and size is fun and quirky. Location is fab
Amenities inside weren’t great. Two half used rolls of toilet roll for a house that’s housing 10 people for two nights. No washing up sponges, bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc. hard to keep the place clean. Also didn’t get check in info until arrival I.e. key codes and instructions for getting inside
