Very well equipped self-catering accommodation. Generous welcoming basket of goodies such as prosecco, biscuits, bottled water etc. The small estate itself was very respectable, quiet and safe.
Very minor imperfections, such as facilities to hang clothes or robes in bathrooms; perhaps bedrooms could be darkened better with darker curtains supplementing the blinds.

Property was extremely clean.
Garden was great for the dog.
Location was ideal for access to the A1 and local facilities.
I’m not a fan of foam mattresses, so bed could’ve been better.
Carpet was of a very light colour throughout the house and shoes were forbidden, which caused a bit of anxiety about potential mishaps.
Hot tub was unbearably hot due to the warm temperature of the air outside the tub. I prefer hot tubs when the weather isn’t so nice.

Beautiful quiet location. Close to walks along riverside with an abundance of wildlife.
Good location for exploring Berwick and further.
We found The Annexe very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Received a lovely welcome pack as we arrived, which was very appreciated.
Loved the large screen television. Great for watching films.
Hope to return again in the summer months.
The key safe at eye level would be better.
