The location near to the Royal Border Viaduct railway was very convenient for station access, and also beautiful. 3 out of our 4 nights were spent in a room with lovely views of the surroundings (the 4th night was in a more spacious room with a reasonable view. Breakfasts were good and we were always welcomed and helped by the friendly staff.
