The lovely warm welcome! The really good bed linen. How clean everything was! The great views over the River Tweed. The proximity to the centre and how quiet it was. Breakfast was wonderful. We really enjoyed our visit and have no hesitation in recommending this lovely well-run B&B. Fabulous!!

Lovely views in the room we had over looking the viaduct and bridhe and great location. Great big room. Great breakfast.
Had no bath which was a shame as bathroom big enough. More fruit or cereal options would have been nice. Found mouldy satsuma in bowl. Fruit bowl was rather tired. Not so keen on all sitting together at breakfast around one table. We were staying in her actual house so felt a bit imposing with all personal objects around. House in need of upgrade as very old fashioned. Bit pricey for what it was. But guess that's the area.
