Love the area & will defo be back! Room was nice, except someone before us had been a smoker - so lingering smell unfortunately… breakfast hamper was cute with loads of goodies but not enough milk for two people. Not much contact from owner as we had to call to get into property but after that we really enjoyed our stay

Arrived at hotel and there was a keypad to get in. Another guest was trying to use this and was struggling so my son helped him in. We went in after him and found a number to phone. The person we spoke to said that we should have received an email with details of how to enter and details to get into our room, we did not. The hotel itself was very rundown and our room was extremely tired and smelt of smoke. At no point did we see anyone working to approach or speak to in the hotel if there had been a problem. A very strange set up , I won’t be visiting again!

Arrived at venue. Nobody around, no access. Phoned customer service eventually got through got a sms with key codes to enter property & then room.
