Wasn’t the cleanest and the linen was old and worn. Wasn’t too comfortable. But the staff were friendly.

The room was clean and well looked after. There was a cooker and fridge, but the room could have done with some crockery and cutlery to make use of these facilities. I was helped by the housekeeping team so my needs for plate and knife were met, but this could be improved.
The location was good with plenty of places to eat and supermarkets close by and the reception team were friendly and helpful. I would certainly use again.

It is in the very busy location with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very clean and spacious. Just can be noisy since it’s in a busy area

The staff is helpful but you need to ask about everything you need .
The room and the toilet were actually clean but they didn’t have any detergent for washing dishes.
The location is in the most active place in kayseri actually that is pretty good.
According to the price it’s normal to have all of this because it is actually expensive price but I think you are giving as much as you take.
