Horrible in can’t expect this area and place in dubai

A lesson to learn

Very disappointing experience. The property is located in a poor area and the building is very old and poorly maintained. The surroundings did not feel comfortable or suitable for visitors. There was noise throughout the night, including people walking in high heels in the corridor, which made it difficult to rest. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and unusually high — it felt unsafe, as if you could fall off during sleep. The “room” is not a proper room. It appears to be a living area converted into a sleeping space with around 12 beds. The door is a sliding partition, not a solid built-in door, so there is little privacy and poor sound insulation. This does not meet normal hospitality standards. I am honestly surprised to experience this level of accommodation in Dubai. I would not recommend this property to travelers looking for comfort, privacy, or proper hotel standards. It also felt like the property was taking advantage of a major event in Dubai by significantly increasing prices due to high demand. The quality of the accommodation does not justify the rate charged. Overall, this does not meet normal hospitality standards, especially in a city like Dubai. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, or fair value for money.

Terrible dirty and smelly

It’s sooo terrible, the place is soo dirty. I dismally check in, the staff told me it’s applicable but didnot tell me the price. When I got there charge me half day price for early check in. It’s very dirty. And I don’t think they change the bed sheet. I stayed one nite and asked them to cancel one nite, I couldn’t modify the date from my end. They told me to contact booking team because their reservation team not working. No one is helping. Finally after 1 day. I got my only 70% of my refund. Whyyyyy!!!! The staff told me it’s full 1 nite refund. I feel it’s like a scam

The bed was comfortable. Lockers. Location. The hostel runs by 2 guys- Manu and "Manu-2"))) and housekeeping are guys too. But they're all friendly.

Need better cleaning from dust in the window's rails, the rest should be the guest's obligation to keep the place as well clean after themselves. I suggest fixing some notice. Need to inform the management of the building of do the pests- cockroaches control! OR remove a big trash bin from the kitchen as it's a reason for cockroaches to be there .

Perfect spot for exploring the city with a fun and friendly atmosphere.

The hostel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect close to metro and bus station which made exploring the city super easy. The common areas were great for relaxing o, and everything felt safe and well-organized.

I couldn't wait to be out of there.

The fact that I had wifi and there was a security person in the building.

The advert did not specify that I was paying for the bed only, it gave the impression that I had a room with private bathroom. In reality there are 4 rooms accommodating about 20 women and only 3 bathrooms and 3 chairs in the kitchen. There were cockroaches everywhere even in my bed. The cleaning personnel is a man. The bathrooms were seldom clean and there is such a stench in the building and in the appartment.

Since mistakenly paid for accommodation in a female hostel - after communicating with managers my payment was transferred to a male hostel. Thank you for that WeStay Capsule Hostel Apartment 205, I stayed at this hostel for long enough to objectively assess the situation and come to the following conclusion: the property employs an incompetent manager, Manu Murali (presumably of Pakistani or Bangladeshi origin). His behavior and communication style demonstrate a peripheral, unprofessional understanding of people, which is completely unacceptable when working with guests, especially those from civilized European countries. **Manu spreads gossip about guests behind their backs, passing the information on to other hostel residents, thereby creating a hostile and tense atmosphere within the hostel. Such actions are unacceptable for an employee working in the hospitality industry. I demand that this employee's behavior be addressed and disciplinary action taken immediately. His attitude toward guests is disrespectful, inappropriate, and completely inconsistent with professional standards. This type of behavior directly damages your reputation and creates an extremely negative impression of your establishment in your guests.

Highly recommend, clean and welcoming

Lovely, Clean, airy and welcoming environment, daily cleaning of all areas, and all amenities were present. the host was as helpful as he could have been within his capacity. Location was perfect, I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it for solo female traveling.

Fantastic

This hostel is perfect. It’s close to Metro, clean with brand new capsule beds and lounge room. Great wifi and aircon. Good mattress and nice sheets and free towel usage. They let me store my luggage and hang out in the common areas until late as I had a night flight. The Indian guy who checks you in is so friendly and helpful. I recommend.

Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed with curtaind for privacy and individual ligths. Kitchen avaiable and also fridge in the room. Toilets are outside the room, so you can take shower even at nigth if needed and not to disturb other guests. Plenty of space to store your stuff in locked cupboard. Queit place. Metro is not far. Money/quality relation is very good. Ac, wifi and hot water work well. There is drinking water avaiable in kitchen.

The proximity to the bus station and metro was great. if you’ll like to explore the old town on foot in the evenings when it is not so hot it is also entirely doable

the cleanliness is something that can be greatly improved on. there were tiny cockroaches in the kitchen, toilet AND bedroom. as well as tiny fruit flies flying everywhere in the kitchen and sometimes at your room because they have a huge trash bin that sits in the kitchen that obviously does not get emptied often the apartment also sits in a dingy old building with very dim corridors. something you might want to be aware of

Muy fácil de encontrar, la calle ni la zona era la más bonita pero si estaba muy bien conectada para el metro. Mejoraría la limpieza en los baños, ya que cuando se bañaban dejaban todo mojado. La convivencia en el cuarto era buena, cada quien en lo suyo.

1、很震惊，全女生宿舍后面几天居然有男性入住，好几个男性 2、更震惊的是，卧室居然有摄像头，我完全不知情只穿了内裤 3、厨房的小蟑螂到处都是 4、我入住的最后一天凌晨1点和大清早8点，都有人在很大声的聊天 5、看人下菜，白人就被安排到3楼。东方面孔就安排入住2楼和印巴非洲人一起住。

Fyldt med smådyr overalt i lejligheden, også i selvekøleskabet. Det er en gammel bygning. Jeg mistede min appetit ved at bo der. Forvent ikke som det er på billedet. Jeg forstår ikke at den overhovedet har gode anmeldelser, så har man en meget lav standard for renlighed. Min oplevelse var meget ubehagelig fyldte ikke jeg kunne trække vejret. Blev nød til at overnatte, idet jeg ankom direkte fra lufthavnen og var uden søvn.

Tinha uma outra hóspede que ficava falando ao telefone até meia noite 12:00 am e acordava às 6:00 ficava com as luzes o tempo todo ligado, saia e entrava no quarto várias vezes! Não recomendo se a mesma estiver hospedada ela é insuportável , não tem educação e torna difícil descansar ao menos

入住体验很好，环境和照片一样，干净卫生，就和公寓一样，有自己的独立衣柜，而且床两侧都有窗帘遮挡，可以有自己的隐私，而且周围交通特别方便，走路5分钟就到了家乐福超市了，超市旁边就是地铁站和公交站，四通八达的，而且客服服务也很好，有什么问题能及时给我们帮助，当我准备退房的时候发现丢了一部备用手机，怎么都找不到，后来和客服小姐姐沟通，他立马派一个大哥过来给我翻看床底找到了，哈哈。我临走的时候还免费让我寄存行李七八个小时，真的一切蛮好的，而且价格便宜，总体性价比高，蛮推荐的，挺适合我们中国人，哈哈😃。

可能印度人多一点吧，他们喜欢看电视。别的没啥了
