Our night in Norwich was very comfortable. We felt so welcome when we came inside the cheery home!
Oh this home was so cheery and decorated so happily. We really enjoyed our stay and sorry that we could only stay one night! We had plenty of accommodation to sleep our whole family. Very nice.
The lights in the entire house were a wee bit dim. It would have been better to have brighter lights in the kitchen and bathrooms for seeing what we were cooking and putting on make-up. And we didn't do much cooking, but a few more cooking utensils and cooking spices would have been helpful to be completely well stocked for someone to prepare a meal.

Had potential to be a good stay but the cleanliness over shadowed the whole stay.
Plenty of room for all of us to stay, comfortable beds. Good parking availability.
All the bins were not emptied when we arrived, there was a beer can outside the back door and cigarette butts outside too. Grease on the kitchen cabinets and used milk left in the fridge with bits of old veg at the bottom. Our check in was delayed due to the cleaner being late but it still didn’t feel like the property had been cleaned.

House was very clean and lovely. Near to the university.
The only fault was the stairs could do with a hand rail as older guests didn’t feel safe going up and down the stairs
