An excellent location for visiting Warwick University. Housed a group of 4 with plenty of space to spare. Excellent kitchen and well designed living areas. Strong wi-fi with large streaming TV surrounded by couches! Good bedrooms of reasonable size. Very large master bedroom with en-suite upstairs. Comfortable off-street parking for 3 cars. Quiet overnight. We stayed for 2 nights.
Access to the tumble dryer, which appears to be available at the property. This is always useful for sports trips, but a clothes rack was provided and was sufficient.

Super clean. Fantastic kitchen, bathrooms, beds. Total silence. Great parking in the driveway. A lot of space. Full of storage space to put your things in the kitchen and the rooms. A short walk from Cannon Park shopping center and the University of Warwick campus.

Clean and comfortable.
Master bedroom window does not close properly and door to room gets stuck on carpet.
Would benefit from a folder containing instructions for heating, kitchen oven and appliances and where and when to dispose of recycling/household waste.

Great place, really convenient for the campus and a lovely little garden. I didn't meet the host but they were really easy to communicate with
