Would recommend. There are a few minor problems that could be easily fixed.

Clean and comfortable.

Master bedroom window does not close properly and door to room gets stuck on carpet. Would benefit from a folder containing instructions for heating, kitchen oven and appliances and where and when to dispose of recycling/household waste.

Excellent place for a longer stay

This is a great place; a very nicely laid out, modern house, with everything of high quality. Plenty of space to cook, eat, socialise or just hang out. Very good heating (not an unimportant thing!), good pressure in the shower, comfortable beds and sofas, and a lovely area outside. The landlady has obviously put a lot of thought into it. Five minutes walk to the supermarket and ten to the campus, which is ideal if you are visiting someone at uni. Quiet too, as it's a dead end (albeit a long road). We are sure to be back.

Personally I would have liked a curtain inside the front door, but only because I kept forgetting the door had glass panels and occasionally mooched around in pants - luckily (for them) nobody walked past.

Great stay near Warwick University!

Sure! Here’s a more casual, The location was perfect — super close to Warwick University, which was great for my sister’s convocation. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of parking, so no stress there. We came as a big group, and the house fit everyone comfortably. There were two nice bedrooms downstairs (perfect for our elderly family members) and another one upstairs. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the heater at first, but the owner quickly sent someone over at night to help us out — really appreciated that! The kitchen had everything we needed, even a good coffee machine, and the dining area opened up to a lovely backyard where we enjoyed breakfast together. Overall, it’s a really nice place with an attentive host. Definitely great value for money — would like to stay here again!

A warm and convenient home near Warwick University.”

Cozy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, just minutes from Warwick University and within easy reach of Tesco and other shops. The host was warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond, making our stay both comfortable and memorable.

This property is located at a really quiet location, next to shopping centres, the house was really clean and well organised. Extremely satisfied with the staff as she was cooperative and kind. Very happy with my stay and will definitely come back!

Pleasant stay fells like from home to home

Had a great stay at Happy Day —this place is even better than the photos! Everything was clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully arranged. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making guests feel at home. , and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. Check-in was super easy and the host-Maoying, was really helpful and quick to respond. Wi-Fi worked well, and the TV was great for streaming. Nice and quiet area with free parking, that’s really close to the University of Warwick. Would definitely stay here again!

A real Home from Home stayover x

Our host was very good at communicating with us. And was really informative before our arrival at the property. On arrival, the property looked as good in reality as it did in the photos. We were a family of 3 adults and 3 children. The property had everything we needed. It was a real home from home. Lots of little extras, good quality bedding, and the beds were super comfy. Short walk to a great shopping centre, very convenient. The area the house is situated in is a lovely, quiet residential area. We have already said we will go back again. A little gem and a host who was very warm and friendly.

Wonderful stay

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this lovely home near Cannon Park Shopping Centre. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The living area felt cozy and inviting, and the bedroom was peaceful with a super comfy bed — perfect for a restful night. The host clearly puts great care into the space, and everything I needed was provided. The location was ideal, with shops ,restaurants and university of warwick just a short walk away. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again. Thank you for a great experience!
