Cracking property in a great location

What a great property if there’s a lot of you traveling together The house was just perfect for us as a group 4 good sized bedrooms and 1 large master bedroom with en-suite, the bedrooms are over two floors the top floor bedrooms all had their own en-suite bathrooms which was a big bonus Downstairs in the living room there was plenty of seating for everyone to sit down together very comfortable large sofa’s and Netflix on the tv We loved the large kitchen and table which was great for us all to sit down at breakfast Parking was tricky we could get the car through the gates but not shut the gates On street parking it very busy and not always able to park close by A couple of minutes from the high street, loads of shops, cafe’s, restaurants, supermarket takeaways and a Wetherspoons Buses run quite regularly at the end of the street There’s really nothing to not like about this house and the area

Parking was difficult at times Couldn’t use the downstairs toilet as it had a leak that was leaking all over the utility room

A wonderful house!

Beautifully decorated and loads of space for us all. All the bedrooms were great - three had en-suites - and the downstairs was really spacious and perfect for a large group. Despite it being such a huge house, it still felt cosy and homey. We got an Indian takeaway locally which was tasty. Great location as we had a wedding in Leamington Spa and it was less than a 20 minute drive. I wish we’d stayed for longer!

One of the bath towels smelt of cigarette smoke but there were plenty of others so this wasn’t a problem.

Great for large groups.

Lee was so lovely and easy to deal with. He was really responsive to messages and very accommodating. The location was wonderful, just what we needed. The house was lovely and large, perfect for a large family group and great value.

The house wasn't especially clean- it had been cleaned but needed a deep clean- shelves, windowsills, corners and windows etc. The house needs some updating eg, the knobs kept falling off the kitchen cupboards, oven door didn't close properly, both the front and back door had problems opening and closing. At one stage, we were completely locked in, which obviously wasn't safe. However, Lee did say that he would prioritise its fixing. All in all, a lovely house that needs a bit more tlc.

Loved being with friends. Huge house with great potential - Needs a deep clean and sort out.

The space and layout was great. Loads of kitchen space and tastefully decorated. The huge comfy sofas in the lounge meant there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Plenty of space and the bedroom layouts worked perfectly for our need. Double beds a plenty! Fantastic location with loads of great food/drink options. TV’s in rooms kept everyone happy. Xbox would have been good if the controllers could be charged - there was no charging station. Shower in main bathroom was amazing!

The house needs a thorough clean from top to bottom. There was a strong smell from the drains in the cupboards and the hallway. the fridge/freezer contains old food and the bathrooms are full of empty shampoo/shower gel bottles. The towels were dirty and smelt of damp - I wish I’d taken my own! En-suite showers need attention, doors are broken. Finding extra linen wasn’t easy and we couldn’t find any flat sheets to make up the sofa bed a so had to use a duvet cover. There wasn’t enough cleaning equipment to use to keep the house clean while we were there. The garden is full of broken children’s toys and needed a good clear out. In general the house is cluttered and needs emptying of ‘personal’ items before being rented to others.

More instructions for the house but, more specifically, a warning sign for the stairs, 3rd step from 1st floor to ground floor is short, and 3 off us slipped down, one badly.

A great couple of days. A great sociable space.

Superb house. Stayed with 2 other families. Kids had a fab time. Plenty of bedrooms, sofa space and seating in the dining space.

A bit more cutlery would have been useful.

This house was superb. Spacious, clean and great facilities. Communication was excellent and they did everything possible to accommodate our needs. A jacket was left behind and they went out of their way to return it. Loved this house and really hope to stay again.
