About this house rental
Located in the most desirable area in Coventry our private property will truly be your home away from home. Spread over three floors this property is Spacious and comfortable and decorated to a high specification. Located in Earlsdon in Coventry the house is a stones throw from a wonderful high street full of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and public houses. A short walk to the huge “memorial park” and also a short walk to the town centre and the train station with kenilworth, leamington, rugby, NEC just a short ride in a train away. Full sky television including movies, sports and kids in the lounge, kitchen/diner and master bedroom and an Xbox with 30 plus games to keep the younger ones occupied.

Myself and 4 friends stayed here for a 30 year University Reunion with 3 bringing their teenage children. With 8 of us staying, Lee organised to have all the beds and futons made up which was perfect. Lee was really communicative before and during our stay which was great. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The location is excellent. Plenty of cafe’s and restaurants within a stones throw and a short walk to the centre of Coventry. I would recommend a stay here and we would definitely stay again.

The house is large, well laid out and proportioned, with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and one family bathroom, separate downstairs toilet, in a great location with a good number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Easy on street parking.
Kitchen is huge and we mainly gathered there. A touch too windy to enjoy the garden but did use the outdoor table tennis table.
There were some teething issues but the host responded quickly and well. However I have to agree with previous feedback: the house and fixtures need a good deep clean as this spoils an otherwise excellent venue.

House is nice - slightly worn in parts, just in need of a small amount of TLC and some house notes would have been useful. Kitchen very big, TV's in every room but most remotes had flat batteries. Front door inside lock jammed at one stage and locked us in until we were able to open the door from outside, house alarm went off at midnight one night and we did not have the code which was very annoying, not sure whether it was the house or the hairdressers underneath that triggered it? Most bedrooms were ensuite and were large and clean. Parking not great in Earlsdon if you are bringing several cars.
