Beach Chalet - 2 Bedrooms - 4 Guests - Parking

This is a modern, spacious feeling and comfortable, detached 2 bedroomed chalet. We loved the very comfy beds and were so pleased to find a 2 bed holiday home with a double (note, not king size) bed in each room. For us the position of the chalet on Florida Park was excellent, very quiet. We also loved that we could park the car very close just at the back of the chalet. We were using the chalet as a base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the coast, and we were not wanting to be near any club houses etc. The chalet was clean. The shower was great. The direction instructions and the key locker self check in all worked fine. Really appreciated the floor standing fans that were supplied for the hot weather. Nice touch was washing up liquid and a pack with a clean tea cloth, sponge etc. Overall, a really great place. So pleased to find it.

Couple of maintenance issues needing fixing, loose loo seat and loose tap on the bathroom basin. Also this chalet has a bit of a step up outside from the grass, onto the building's concrete base. I felt a grab rail fitted on the wall outside, would be a good asset for those of us who are not so mobile. A thinner duvet would have been useful, I brought a couple of sheets with me to sleep under, thank goodness!

This is a lovely chalet, comfortable and clean, one bed was alot firmer than the other but that not a problem, there were a couple of small things that could of been better, like the bathroom door needs oiling as it squeaks and during the night being so compact you can hear it everywhere. The bathroom could use a bigger mirror, and the heaters are really noisy! I put one on when i got up really early and soon wished i hadnt! Woke everyone up with the loud beeping and it rattling while im trying to quickly work out how to switch it off! But overall it was great, the onsite shop was well stocked and in the evenings it was peaceful.

The squeaky bathroom door, the noisy heaters, oh and the drain outside the kitchen sink was blocked and flooding the grass and underfoot outside.

Bed was comfortable and slept well location was good

The property wasn’t clean carpet had bits on it cob webs and dusty blinds and kitchen crockery was dirty put us off cooking anything in there which is a shame as cost us more money having to eat out also could do with a bath mat when using shower had to use towel that was provided
