The location
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel every spring despite it having a topper. There were sachets of milk, a nice touch except they were 10 days out of date. The TV screen and fridge door had dirty finger prints . No WiFi unfortunately. The clock and torch needed new batteries as neither worked. It could've been cleaner.
