Great location in the town. A short distance from the beach and main amenities

The outside space was a little shabby. Nothing to sit on outside.

Everything we needed

Large floor brush stored in toilet missing end of pole cap, sharp rusty edges exposed, also would be nice to have table and chairs for outside, a bench.

Easy location.... Just 5 minutes walk from chalet to Hemsby. Great communication from the booking team. Clean and tidy lovely chalet with very comfy bed.. Good storage and great shower... Will definalty be back again

Having to leave to go home

The chalet was in a great location — the beach was within walking distance, and shops were nearby, with Tesco about a 13-minute drive away. It was well-equipped for the most part, and we were out most of the time, so it suited us for a short stay.

However, the place was quite basic and there were a few things that took away from the experience. When we arrived, there was a used plastic bottle on the floor, which my young son picked up — not ideal for cleanliness. The TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi, and only a small amount of toilet paper was left — just enough to last the first day. After a three-hour drive, the last thing you want to do is start making up bunk beds, which was awkward and a bit of a hassle. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but next time I’d probably look for somewhere a bit bigger and with a few more home comforts.
