Absolutely spotless, bedding, towels, tea, coffee were all provided. The decor of the chalet was so perfect for Hemsby, a real seaside feel to the place. The location of the chalet was perfect, you can actually hear the sea, but not the clubhouse.
There was nothing I didn't like.

A very clean and well equipped chalet.
Not keen on the mattress’s. We’re used to memory foam and not sprung.

Having the dogs with us on this occasion it was really helpful having the veranda to keep them secure, the facilities within the room were excellent, we didn't actually see any staff however I did contact via email and telephone during my stay and they were very efficient with queries, facilities in the area were plentiful lots to do and the beach is beautiful 😍 lovely coastal walk nearby too.
My only downfall was that the car was a little distant for my liking, we were only there for one day and night so not too bad.
