The location of the property is brilliant as it is less than an 5 minute walk to the front and walking distance to the beach.. the property itself was very clean and tidy and also comfortable for the stay

It was close to all amenities. The chalet was nice and clean and had everything you needed in it .

The chalet is comfortable and has everything you need for your break. The beds are comfortable and plenty of pillows. We really enjoyed our stay.
We had 2 little issues with the chalet but the way rasa has handled them is top notch she was so apologetic and the issues are being rectified it hasn't put us off and have already rebooked to come back. A proper little gem for hemsby.

Near to beach
It smelled damp it was very cold very outdated and cooking facilities below normal standards I couldn’t use grill oven as it had not been cleaned, blanket full of mould rug filthy, condensation dripping in toilet and I’ve never had to have electricity meter as extra anywhere
