Plenty of storage space. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds

Bath and shower not hot. Water heater too small to allow 2 showrrs or baths one after another. Lpinge heater better than bedroom heaters which did not warm up quickly

Chalet was clean and tidy, it had good utilities and had the usual cutlery crockery etc. Easy to get to and close by parking. Good aspect facing the sun all afternoon.

78 Florida park, Hemsby We stayed here for a weekend at the end of August. We were given pre arrival information and a contact number should we require any assistance. On arrival, we were able to park close to the chalet. The chalet was well presented and clean enough (but could have been cleaner). There was a selection of dvd’s, books and games. There is a coin meter for electricity, we put about £4 in for the weekend. There were 3 plug in radiators. The chalet was in a good location, the area was quiet and we had a lovely weekend. You will need to bring your own towels and a bath mat to stand on when you get out.

Points for improvement… * the rug and the sofa in the lounge needed a clean! * Under the top bunk bed it had sharp metal staples sticking out that need removing. * Bunk bed room would benefit from some blackout curtains to enable children to sleep longer in the morning. * A bit more attention to detail when cleaning; the kitchen cupboard doors, fridge, inside the cutlery drawer, under the bunk bed and behind the toilet door in particular. The crockery and cutlery were not well washed by previous clients. * I would prefer proper glasses instead of plastic cups, but understand this saves on breakages and broken glass. * on check out morning (10am) someone arrived at 9.20am to clean the chalet. They left when they realised we hadn’t left yet.

The chalet was really nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was really close to Beach road and Great Yarmouth. There was a complementary pack of tea bags coffee etc which was nice. Loads of books games and dvds. We've stayed at Hemsby loads of times but would not always return to the same chalet but would definitely return to this one. Nice space in the living room to have breakfast and the oven worked well. They even had items like foil/film/kitchen roll which is very helpful. Overall comfy, spacious and in a great spot with a quiet area and not disturbed.

No complaints kids loved it and so did we!
