    I specifically booked a jacuzzi room, but upon arrival, the jacuzzi was completely out of order and there was no hot water for the bathtub either. To make matters worse, management never informed us about this beforehand. I tried calling and messaging them multiple times for an explanation, but no one answered or responded. They did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. The main reason I booked this place was for the jacuzzi, and had I known it wasn't working, I would have stayed elsewhere. Terrible service—avoid this place!

    Disappointing customer service. The wrong locker password was given multiple times, and it took about 30 minutes to get a response. Calls were also not handled properly. Hope the service can be improved.
