Pass the Keys Entire Luxurious 3 Bedroom Penthouse

The property was amazing, really exceptional and we loved staying in it. Everything you could possibly want in terms of kitchen appliances (the coffee machine was a highlight!) and the BBQ was top of the range. Everything was brand new and had hardly been used. We loved the upstairs terrace to sunbathe and the shower up there was great to cool down in (a jacuzzi or slash pool would completely make it in this space!) The lounge area and massive TV were used every night and it was lovely to be able to sign into Disney and watch in English. Showers were amazing, having a washing machine was super and the beds were good (pillows could have been better) The black out shutters in all the bedrooms made sleeping easy and the air conditioning was so needed.

There were road works and building going on right beside it and so it was noisy during the day. The pool was also not very clean and was closed at the end of our stay for health reasons (maybe too many insects!) The pool area is small and no sun loungers around it but it was lovely.

Lovely apartment, stunning top terrace. The owner has clearly spent a lot of money on everything and it is really well equipped (TVs, PS5, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.)

The check in process was terrible. We arrived late at night, the email we were sent had a faulty link so we did not know the location of the keysafe and the 24hr helpline didn't answer, despite calling several times and leaving messages. Eventually got into the apartment in the early hours of the morning.

The appartment was new, modern and really well equipped as described on website and owner had left a few essentials for our arrival..The appartment and the complex was spotless. Had a beautiful terraced area off the living room and rooftop terrace with great views of the area. In a quiet location and only a 10-15min stroll to the promenade and selection of restaurants. .There are also some restaurants and small convenience store and bakery a few minutes walk from appartment. Secure parking for those who require parking. Only a 20 min taxi journey from airport. Would definitely use again if I returned to area.

Poor communication as we only received email 1 hour before our flight departed that the swimming pool was closed and it never opened for duration of stay. This did not give us opportunity to look at alternative accommodation. We also received repeated emails telling us to verify our stay despite already doing so so there was alot of unnecessary emails and phone calls the week before our departure which was a little frustrating however staff were very helpful so it seems its an IT system issue that needs to be looked at.
