Apartment on 7 floor in convenient beach front location with nice deck with seating for 4, elevator, apartment good for 4 adults, would be cramped with more. Well stocked kitchen, coffee press and keurig, tea and condiments, laundry convenient with drying rack. Difficult to determine from listing: 3 Bedrooms: one with trundle beds and on suite bath, 2nd with on-suite bath, 3rd with bathroom beside in hall.

Rooms much smaller than appear in pics, bedrooms 10’x12’, a bit cramped, only 1 person can walk in room at a time. Living room divided into 2 rooms, odd layout, difficult to seat more than 4 people in 1 room. Tired furniture,chairs/ couch need cushion renovation, but works for rental. When rains (most of the month we were there) the on-suite bedroom/bath window leaks (the wall discoloration indicates this has been repaired many times, closet doors not fully open- reported to booking agent. (We find many apartments here leak in the rain) We recommend: a 2nd hairdryer for 3 bedroom/ 3 bath unit, a vacuum as the apartment get very dusty.

El apartamento es una locura!! Su excelente ubicación, muy grande, todo reformado, tres habitaciones con su correspondiente baño y el salón-comedor-cocina es una pasada pero lo mejor de todo son las vistas y la pedazo de terraza...vamos que todo lo bueno que ponga se queda corto!! Un auténtico 10!!!

La única pega, la zona difícil para encontrar aparcamiento, pero después de más de media hora conseguimos aparcar

Al apartamento no le falta detalle tiene todo y está decorado con mucho gusto Las habitaciones cada una con su baño están fenomenal Pero sin duda lo más espectacular el salón y la terraza con vista al mar La atención también muy buena
