It was well maintained and you could see that their housekeeping staff were excellent. The location was excellent and the check in was friendly and professional.
The room had no toaster, crockery, cutlery and there was no towel rail in the bathroom. The main issue of noise in the corridor was so disturbing that I had to send messages to resolve this. There were a number of rooms where people were playing loud music, shouting, singing and a couple of domestic arguments that could be clearly heard. As the floors are tiled the echo made the volume more intense. The rules about noise and not disturbing other guests has to be enforced. The noise only stopped at 1.30am.
